Angela Merricks is an enterprise executive and doctoral scholar whose work sits at the intersection of AI transformation, Agile transformation, strategic leadership, and enterprise execution. With more than two decades of experience leading complex enterprise initiatives, she focuses on translating strategy into scalable execution by connecting people, leadership, technology, governance, and organizational capability.
Her leadership experience includes large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives representing more than $2 billion in enterprise scope and investment. As a Doctor of Strategic Leadership student, Angela brings a scholar-practitioner perspective to her work, integrating organizational research with practical executive leadership experience.
